Managed Online Store

A managed online store can vary in complexity to install and manage.  What we offer in our standard package for online stores is really a great starting point.  Not only do you get everything to set up your online store which includes domain name, hosting, emails, databases, and SEO (extra), we also install and maintain your shopping cart.  The installation of up to 25 products is included on your shopping cart.  You have the option to learn the installation process to add extra products into the software or for a minimal service fee we can add extra products into the system for you.

So what do I get?

You get a choice of a Professional online store edited by us to your required specifications.  Shopping cart installation, emails, databases, quality web hosting, reporting facilities, support system with online help desk.

Do I need to do anything?

You will need to provide the content, pictures and descriptions of products so they can be displayed on your website and shopping cart.  We have found from the many online stores that we have created, a simple but effective method to producing a quality online store is for us to do the hard work for you. Once you have picked your template and domain name we set everything up and store the site in a folder that you access from the web.  From here you are able to view your site and decide what content you would like and where it should be placed by emailing your content and descriptions to us we are able to edit and construct the website.  The advantage of this system is that before it becomes live you are able to see what your website will look like in a live environment with the ability to still make any adjustments.  Most of our customers prefer this method because it gives them time to plan out what content they want on their website and where it should be placed.

What about merchants, bank accounts and Paypal?

 Our shopping carts come with a variety of solutions for online merchant accounts, as well as Paypal.  These accounts must be set up by the customer as we are only providing the gateway between them.  

Website Building Process

From Start to finish, you deal with 1 Support Officer and you will always deal with that person for any maintenance.

1. Choose Domain Name & Register
2. Choose Website Template
3. Choose Name of 10 Pages
4. Send us Text  & or Picture Contents of Each Page
5. Send us Product Features and Charges or Pricing +Postage and Handling
6. Finalize and Approve Website or provide feedback for any changes
7. Unlimited Changes are allowed in actual contents of the Website i.e. text contents
8. Extra charges for any additional page or e-mail are applicable.

After your website is completed and you are happy we will do the finishing touches such as search engine optimization [SEO] so that search engines will find you much easier. This is extra feature and will be charged separately.
