The Community package is aimed at organizations and clubs that would like to have a forum or blog where all they have to do is log in and add text. We will install everything needed such as domain name, hosting, installation and configuration of software and databases & up to 10 emails accounts.
Are forums and blogs the only uses for a Community package?
The community package is aimed at customers that want a forum style content without the price of a full blown website.
Do I have to do anything?
Once you have decided whether you would like a forum or a blog and have given us the details required, we will then install and configure your site so you will only need to log on. Please note while your site is in the construction stage you will be able to view the site from your web browser and ask for any adjustments you would like made through our support system or our help desk.
What do you get in a managed package?
Quite simply everything you need for a professional website that is backed up on a regular basis and maintained by us. This includes your domain name a professional template website edited by us, 10 free emails with included, with all normal email responses included. The ability to track how many visitors to the site & manage regular backups of the website is done form our end.
How do I put my content on the site?
E-mail it to info.trisak.com.au
From Start to finish, you deal with 1 Support Officer and you will always deal with that person for any maintenance.
